📖 About Annual Increment (WB Govt.)

West Bengal Government employees receive an annual increment of 3% of their Basic Pay every July. The increment is added to the Basic Pay, which in turn increases DA, HRA, and NPA (if applicable) — resulting in an overall rise in gross salary.
